Many people trying to build new technology for future.  Yuriy Dmitriev is one of the intelligent inventors. He is inventing refrigerator for future. This refrigerator is a very unique compared to others that already exist.  This refrigerator called “humble refrigerator” because it is do not need shelves and doors and cooling. This refrigerator high about 2m, the width is about 70cm and the length is about 230mm.  It is very practical for nowadays world that need space saver.  The refrigerator is using biopolymer gel, “or more specifically a "non-sticky, odourless gel."  You simply plunge whatever you want to keep fresh into the mass of your Bio Robot fridge and it'll stay where you left it until you comeback.

This is fridge which from  Russian designer Yuriy Dmitriev's.It is a creepy green gel.

This is Electrolux blog — which lists Dmitriev's concept as one of 25 semifinalists for this year's Electrolux Design Lab contest — describes it as a "biopolymer gel," or more specifically a "non-sticky, odorless gel." You simply plunge whatever you want to keep fresh into the mass of your Bio Robot fridge and it'll stay where you left it until you come back.

DISADVANTAGES OF BIOPOLYMER GEL REFRIGERATOR

Every single thing creates by human being may has its own disadvantage. Same goes to this greenness fridge.This fridge was not practically suitable for small kids in the house.  This is because normally people will put certain medicines in fridge. So, kids who loves to explore things might be happen to accidentally take those medicines which they thinks as sweets or drinking water, and taste it. Therefore, this fridge has the disadvantage towards the kids.

the conventional refrigerator use the power supply while biopolymer does not required that..

old refrigerator also had use a lot of space...

and its depend on the intensity of our product..

and sometime our refrigerator will give a smelly odour after we kept the product..

while gel refrigerator not contribute any smell becoz its use a biopolymer gel...

  The existed refrigerator is with shelves, doors and cooling.  This future refrigerator only using biopolymer gel for keeping food and it is more slim than the existence refrigerator. Today’s fridge has specific place for every item, but this future fridge allow us to put our goods as we want-up side/ down it’s up to us.

Barrier

this technology is very cool and interesting. however, it still have barriers. for instance,it does not have doors or drawers. so,the only way to use it is by just stick it in or pull it out. so, how about to avoid cat fur or human hair from entering the refrigerator? any dust or small thing can absorb into the gel easily.
the second thing is what about the stuff that really does need to remain cold like ice-cream? does the consumer need to buy another one for the ice-cream? it just waste of money to buy two or more refrigerator instead of one that has many kind of usages.

the third one is what about food that is left in there too long and it gets moldy? Certainly this fridge is not immune from the problem that occurs in normal fridges. so,u  have to clean the mold from the gel oftenly.

the studies were undertaken to investigate the impact of ultraviolet (UV) irradiation on the gel strength, viscosity, and thermal properties of a commercially procured fish gelatin sample.  Results indicated the prospects of employing UV radiation as an alternative method over conventional means for improving some of the quality attributes of fish gelatin.

the purpose of put things in the refrigerator is to slow the growth of bacteria and fungus on your food. not to make your food cooling or whatsoever. If you can do that by means other than refrigeration (luminescence), then it can work just as well. In fact, luminescence probably isn’t any different from salting in terms of what it does. Most bacteria and fungi can’t grow in a highly salty environment and most can’t grow when bathed in certain wavelengths of light.

This design has raised some questions regarding how much weight the gel can hold and how the gel can affect different foods in terms of temperature and texture.

The ATC solar-powered vaccine refrigerator was made for certain parts of the world that requires vaccines but have no source of refrigeration to keep them from spoiling. Due to this lack of refrigeration, more than half of the vaccines go bad before they are even administered, which leads to the death of millions of lives and the loss of billions of dollars.

This refrigerator requires no electricity and contains no valves or moving parts, making maintenance an easy task. The inexpensive design provides cold storage for vaccines in developing countries, depending solely on sunlight to make it freeze. According to the ATC, the ATC Solar Vaccine Refrigerator is a robust, easy to maintain technology that can be made in the country or region where it is to be used and is made out of simple materials that can be found in most cities like steel, charcoal and ethanol or methanol.

The Effect of Using Biopolymer Gel Fridge

There are a lot of effects of using Biopolymer Gel Fridge but I can’t find it. I just found that it is four times smaller than a conventional refrigerator. So that, there is limited space to store the things. People will buy more of biopolymer gel fridge. It may cause westing of money and space.

THE EFFECTS OF HAVING BIOPOLYMER GEL REFRIGERATOR

This fridge brings along good effects towards the society. It is such a very practical in using it as it comes along with the very good packages. Some of the packages allows user to save the space in their kitchen as it is four times smaller than the fridge that we have nowadays. As the entire world concerns, the Earth nowadays facing such a terrible time as there are many corruptions happened on the Earth. For example, the hole exist on the ozone layer that surround our Earth is because of the SPF which come from the fridge and air-conditioner. Thus, the introduction of this new fridge will helps society to protect the environment as it requires less energy than the current fridge. To conclude, this fridge brings along good effects not only towards the human being but also the environments.

In my opinion,this kind of fridge which is biopolimer gel fridge is really excellent.Because there is lots of advantages by having this kind of fridge.it can help maintaince the frishners of the storage.also make the food long lasting.and it also use less nombor of electric.moreover,it also less odourless.

Opinion

before we think about this unique refrigerator, let us think first the idea of touchscreen phones and computers in the early invention. how can such technologies becoming so popular nowadays? it is the same concept to be applied here. for a gel refrigerator, many says  how can a gel like this be cleaned? what happens if you have a stinking hunk of mould stuck in the middle and a nest of various insections in another part and the reminants of some kids stick fingers? what about pets who climb? or the kid who walks by and can't help temptation despite parents' prohibition? or what about power outage? 


all these questions are just from consumers'assumptions or opinions. actually we can change this kind of opinion by showing them the testimonials from other users. it may takes time for one product to be accepted by all people.as time passed by, i guarantee that every house will bought this unique gel refrigerator.
