Many countries in this world planning and exercised many efforts to maintained their environment quality. Eco-villages is the one of the effort.

 kind of house that will assist you on your daily errands – helping to take out the garbage, prepare the food, beam up the teleport – practically anything. All you have to do is sit back in your eco home without worrying about the sky high electric bills because you have already invested into solar power.

1.  Well, in the future, geographical land will be hard to come by, so where better to live, than under water! We predict that the sea will be the key location..

2.  It can hold a lots proportion of population, and looks like giant anthills. People, who like both the country and city life, will enjoy this, totally green city.

3.  large apartment buildings, which generate solar electricity that basically powers itself. The egg looking buildings are curved and lean in a way to give an impression that all buildings are not “On top of one and another,” in order, to generate as much sunlight as possible.

4. Football stadiums and can hold up to 70,000 people. With many floor levels above water, and beneath. It generates solar electricity and consists of lush gardens, dotted all around.

5.This is an off shore, seaport, airport and small city, all in one. By 2050, many “Blimp,” planes will be floating around all over, and provide transportation, before much smaller, planes are made private. However, this giant lily, looking web, will house many people in the thousands and provide offshore housing.

6.It will compromise of shops, and residential areas. It is like a shopping mall, but on a much larger scale. Also, it will consist of tens of hundreds of gardens that offer lush scenery, and offer the most peaceful surrounds.

7. will provide for solar power, to send these 21st century buildings further into the future.

8. “Hub’s,” will be dotted around to provide solar power for neighbouring buildings.

9. This is the largest cities, and is an in-sight to what New York, or Tokyo, might look like in the future. With controlled driving. Cars will fly in amongst “Space-scrapers.”

Eco village..people live underwater..daily activities done by robot..people use flying car,underwatertrain as their transportation..
as time changes, the technology had been boost up their level of intervention..in the our village, as always have river, paddy field..but in future, no more all of this..
the high level of technology had turned the "common village" to Eco village..many people will argue about this, but i want to stressed on the advantages of this Eco village..
the first advantage is Eco village save the energy..all house had used solar panel roofing, wind turbine in yard fly car..so when using solar power, it eventually save the environment. The environment save from the pollution.
It also will make our country or village clean and tidy as a lot of work had been done by robot. Robot will work efficiently. Then people will promote the easy life style...:)

DISADVANTAGES OF ECO-VILLAGE

So good. So nice. So lovely. But, there are still lacks in certains aspects. The lacks or disadvantage of this kind of house is that the cost. To implement new technology requires the high investment.Not only the invested money but the firm or authority need to take risk of technology failure too. As the cost of build those house is high, to own it required too many dollars as well. Yes, may be in the future our living standard will be upgrade but not all people are afford. People who are rich will become richer and the poor people will become poorer. Therefore one of disadvantage is the cost incurred.

is there have gaping between these type of village..???

I think there a wider gap between these 2 type of village..
Village that we live now have fresh air, river, paddy field...its such a beautiful scenery that include all the natural resource..when Eco village built..they should sacrifie all the beauty scenery and built the modern environment to the village..in future people will live underwater..
use a new invention of transportation like flying car...
and all daily activities work had done by the robot..compare to now,
we still use public transport, children can play at river, paddy field..
and almost all housework are doing by ourself..
so these are some comparison between these 2 village....

Eco villages are existed in many countries such at Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. However, this eco-village is truly like the real village, this is differ from the eco-village was planned for future. The future eco village is most likely to be town. But it is concern about the environment. This eco-village is combination between the development of the country and the environment concern.

Barriers

the eco-village may have some kind of barrier. it depends on us how to overcome it to make this kind of program success. a report said measures need to be taken to ensure that any sediment run-off would not affect the neighbouring wetland areas. actually, the original project did not have a plan setting out where the erosion and sediment control measures would be installed. later then it will create problems toward consumers. it is possible if anything bad happen suddenly it may makes them in difficulty.

therefore, this programme has greater chances of getting replicated in any geographical area by mobilising government funds for development. thus making such a programme sustainable would be more easier if  the NGOs have demonstrated the concept by successfully implementing and operating it for a considerable period of time.

later on the NGOs could use these programs as the demonstration centres for other NGOs as well as government agencies for wide dissemination and replication of such models with appropriate modifications.



Barriers Facing Eco-Village

1) An eco-village is a “human scale,” which refers to a population within which it is possible to know and be known by others and to feel a personal impact on the community. Generally the population where this can be achieved is about 100 to 500 people.

2) Sustainable Community. The more general term "sustainable community" includes eco-villages, but it also includes clusters and networks of eco-villages, and non-geographically based communities (such as businesses) that are nevertheless human-scale in their components, diverse, and harmoniously integrated into the natural world. In this sense, an eco-village is a distinct place, either as a rural village or as an urban or suburban neighborhood. A city could not be an eco-village, but a city made up of eco-villages could be a sustainable community.

3) Beside that, Eco-villages grow out of the needs and opportunities caused by:

• new ecological constraints - which grow out of high levels of population and technological capability;

• new techniques and technologies, from better understanding of ecosystems to more diverse channels of communications; from efficient technologies for renewable resource use to new forms of human organization; and

• new levels of consciousness and awareness, symbolized in part by the picture of the Earth from space, with all that means in terms of global consciousness and an awareness of the many-billion-year history of life on this one small planet in the vastness of the Universe.

The Effect of Having Eco-Village

Having eco-village has the advantages and disadvantages. There are also a lot of bad or good effects having eco-village. And below I have made some list about the effect of having eco-village:

1) By having eco-village, we can reduce vehicle travel

2) So that, the impact of moto vehicle also can be reduced and pollution can be reduce.

3) Eco-village can be contined into indifinate future

4) But, because there will be a robot to help people doing job, people will become lazy and useless

5) they also predict that, sea will be key location. In this situation, it will effect and create a problem to environment.

THE EFFECTS OF HAVING ECO-VILLAGE

As listed by my friends before, there are some others effect of having this eco-village which are:
  • The healthy life style might be hard to implement. As all the things are inside, people tend to not have natural exercise such as walking or jogging that make them sweat which is good for their health anymore.
  • The security will tend to be upgrade or increase too.
  • The living style will change.
  • People might not knows how to tolerates as they can have all the things by their own without sharing with other people.

In my opinion,the idea of create Eco-Village is really brilliant.
because this kind of village really help us and also help our enviroments.Thus,we all can live in healthy.Moreover,all the facilities are privided at that village.this make people job easy.

eco-village is not just a housing development, business or agriculture. but it is human activities which are integrated harmlessly into the natural world. however, there is lots of biological systems exist in a relationship with the surrounding world where they are part of cyclic flows.

then,this program may become one of the supportive of healthy human development that can be successfully continued into the indefinate future. it also can gradually convert selected villages in the operational areas to  renewable energy based model eco-villages.

Many people trying to build new technology for future.  Yuriy Dmitriev is one of the intelligent inventors. He is inventing refrigerator for future. This refrigerator is a very unique compared to others that already exist.  This refrigerator called “humble refrigerator” because it is do not need shelves and doors and cooling. This refrigerator high about 2m, the width is about 70cm and the length is about 230mm.  It is very practical for nowadays world that need space saver.  The refrigerator is using biopolymer gel, “or more specifically a "non-sticky, odourless gel."  You simply plunge whatever you want to keep fresh into the mass of your Bio Robot fridge and it'll stay where you left it until you comeback.

Every single thing creates by human being may has its own disadvantage. Same goes to this greenness fridge.This fridge was not practically suitable for small kids in the house.  This is because normally people will put certain medicines in fridge. So, kids who loves to explore things might be happen to accidentally take those medicines which they thinks as sweets or drinking water, and taste it.   The existed refrigerator is with shelves, doors and cooling.  This future refrigerator only using biopolymer gel for keeping food and it is more slim than the existence refrigerator. Today’s fridge has specific place for every item, but this future fridge allow us to put our goods as we want-up side/ down it’s up to us.

Barrier

this technology is very cool and interesting. however, it still have barriers. for instance,it does not have doors or drawers. so,the only way to use it is by just stick it in or pull it out. so, how about to avoid cat fur or human hair from entering the refrigerator? any dust or small thing can absorb into the gel easily.
the second thing is what about the stuff that really does need to remain cold like ice-cream? does the consumer need to buy another one for the ice-cream? it just waste of money to buy two or more refrigerator instead of one that has many kind of usages.

the third one is what about food that is left in there too long and it gets moldy? Certainly this fridge is not immune from the problem that occurs in normal fridges. so,u  have to clean the mold from the gel oftenly.

the purpose of put things in the refrigerator is to slow the growth of bacteria and fungus on your food. not to make your food cooling or whatsoever. If you can do that by means other than refrigeration (luminescence), then it can work just as well. In fact, luminescence probably isn’t any different from salting in terms of what it does. Most bacteria and fungi can’t grow in a highly salty environment and most can’t grow when bathed in certain wavelengths of light.

before we think about this unique refrigerator, let us think first the idea of touchscreen phones and computers in the early invention. how can such technologies becoming so popular nowadays? it is the same concept to be applied here. for a gel refrigerator, many says  how can a gel like this be cleaned? what happens if you have a stinking hunk of mould stuck in the middle and a nest of various insections in another part and the reminants of some kids stick fingers? what about pets who climb? or the kid who walks by and can't help temptation despite parents' prohibition? or what about power outage?

Barrier

here was the problem. the chicken love scratching around the yard looking for bugs, and they have no concept of where it is okay to scratch. so, this kind of technology shows that consumer can put this thing everywhere they like. and even they can move it around. this means that every place they decided to put the chicken, the structure of the yard after placement will totally change due to the scratching.

Maxime’s Cocorico looks like a spaceship. With a tent attached. Would this be a good home for chickens? it means that the chickens are unfree to go anywhere. this action may have positive and negative effect.

It is certainly a neat spin the chicken coop, but it is unpredictable how practical it is.





The Barriers of Producing Domestik Chicken Yard

To produce high quality, modern, technology and good chicken yard, they must use a lot of money. So that, the barriers is, the producer of domestic chicken yard must work hard in order to sell this product. This is because it must cost a lot of money to build it and the price of finish good must expensive rather than traditional one. The space also limited for chicken and farmer should buy more domestic chicken yard. But compare to traditional one, cheaper tnah this product. And the space is much larger.

THE EFFECTS OF HAVING DOMESTIC CHICKEN YARD

Technology is to help people go through their life as easy as they can. By having this technology, there are several worth effects towards the people. Firstly, this technology make the farmer work become easy and efficient. Secondly, this technology will also helps the farmer to increase their profit as their chickens now, hard to be affected by the certain diseases that caused the chicken to be under productive and sometimes cause the chicken to die.


This innovative chicken’s farm also saves the space that will be used to have it in your place. As you can see from the pictures, this kind of chicken farms does not required big space. So, the consumer might have another plan for their free space around their place likes having garden or vegetables farm nearby.

In my line of though,this kind of hen yard is really interesting and usable,ecpecilly towards the farmers.By having this they are easily watch the bahaviour of the chicken.They may know if one of the chick is not health or might also lost.while the price is a bit expensive but the benefit is highly useful.

this technology is pretty cool. how much it would cost? however, it is quite interesting because the materials are biodegradable and recyclable.

any structure of the yard must be safe and comfortable for the chickens. the chickens wanted to roam around and just be chickens, pecking at bugs and stretching their legs. Even now that they live in a palace, let them out for their walkabout time, because they are happier.

It’s a balancing act all the way around. What looks good must also be practical.

there is a definite link between modern architecture and agrarian buildings and modern day modernist have drawn inspiration from these forms as a basis of their designs.

The growing population is partly to blame for our congested roads, but the main problem is that we are not expanding our transportation systems fast enough to meet ever increasing demands. One solution is to create a new type of transportation that doesn't rely on roads, which could one day make traffic jams a 20th century relic. To do this, we must look to the sky. So this is one of the advantage of flying car...
Another advantage is, Cars, which became affordable for the general population, have allowed us to move farther away from cities, and planes have cut travel time to faraway destinations considerably. so the combination the two of this..obviously people will go to their destination even it is far and reached there on time..woo its so faster..:)

  • The risk of accidents also will be higher especially in the city which have lot of buildings.
  • People tend not to use the public transport as they have this alternatives. This actually will cause  worse traffics problems.

there are a big differences between the car that now we use and the flying car..

flying cars being developed today that eventually could be in our garages...its probably a little bit strange..
but its is impossible..to use this car people should have more knowledge..
and there will be a big car park when people use this car..

Cars: Now & Future

Traffic jams are normal situation in the town. This is due to a lot of cars I the road.  The flying cars are the one of the solution. Flying cars is not produced for commercial yet, since it is under development. By driving flying cars, it is will decrease number of cars in the road and able to less traffic jams. However, this flying car is build only for one or two passenger compared to existence cars that has more seats.  The flying cars might be more expensive than the normal cars since it is using aeroplane engine and many mores. 

Barrier

one of the senior research engineer at NASA said that he was not sure whether the fantasy of flying cars would become reality or not.he concerned that by having flying vehicles in the country might end up being too noisy,disruptive and impractical.

in the future we should have quieter disruptions generated by others.car horn alarms and car locking system should be banned.if it is not implied,imagine when millions of flying cars taking off and landing daily next to every house.this circumstances might create an annoyable sounds.

the next barriers is the safety of people on the ground.nowadays,people can reduce their risk of death or accidents by working at home or walking to the office for the short distance.whereas flying cars will bring anew risks of car accidents to lives of all people.

the last one is engine failures.on the ground,it become non-fatal and didnt bring any harmful to others.when it comes to the sky,it might cause a trouble fatal for those who are flying over in tracts.

Barriers Facing Flying Cars

There are a lot of barriers of having flying cars. And below, I have listed some of them:


-Most flying cars never get off the page, let alone the ground. The few that do are bedeviled by lack of funding, impracticality, limited appeal or fears they may simply break apart in flight as some have.

- Fully automated navigation systems: The average person has a difficult time navigating on a two dimensional surface. The flying car industry will not be able to get off the ground without an onboard navigator that handles the driving. Of course people will want the freedom of being able to do some creative maneuvering in certain situations, but that will only be allowed in rare instances.

- Low-impact vertical take-off: When used by average person, flying cars cannot have a runway requirement. They need to take off and land vertically without blowing the leaves off of trees or shutters off windows.

- Convenient fly-drive capability: As humanity makes the transition from ground-based autos to flying cars there will be a need for both driving on the ground and flying in the air.

- Silent engines: Because there are no significant acoustical barriers in the air, the engines on flying cars will need to be virtually silent. Very few cities will want to put up with the noise of thousands of flying vehicles if they all sound like airplanes today.

-and lastly, Specialized safety systems: To date both aircraft and airspace have been closely controlled by organizations like the FAA and the NTSB to insure the safety of the flying public. Because of the sheer volume of vehicles being navigated by average drivers, additional safety measures will need to be in place. Required safety featured will include such things as collision avoidance systems and drop-out-of-the-sky emergency airbags on the outside of the vehicles.

There are a lot of requrement that we should take care when having this kind of cars. They are too costly. What will happen for poor people in the future? Nowadays, they afford to buy a car, but in the future I don’t think so.

So, not all new technologies will be good.

THE EFFECTS OF FLYING CAR

The idea of having this flying cars is good but the problems is the side effects of implementation of this idea.
There are several effects of having these flying cars. One of that is these cars will cause the sound pollution as well as air pollution that will occur in the air soon. Can you imagine; one fine morning, you open the windows as usual to have the very fresh air from the outside. You close your eyes with the hope to feel the fresh air full-hearted. Suddenly, you smell something unusual and hear some kind of sound. What do you feel? Therefore, by having this flying cars, in the future people would not be able to feel the fresh air from their windows anymore as the cars will fly outside your windows. This is the major effects that will occur soon.

Opinion

In my opinion,flying cars is something that everyone's dreams to have.Because it can short our driving time.Theirs no traffic light at the air,thus jams will not occurs there.And also,fling cars can save our time.maybe by using normal car we will take 5hours to arrived at certain places ,but by using flying cars it might take around 2hours to arrived at our destination.

a risk that is low in single year will become a magnitude larger when human found the new invention especially advance in technology.people may become risk averse when face with longer lives.We ought to look ahead and avoid the spread of technologies that will make it hard to lower risks that would pose cumulative risks to long lived humans.

The Atlantic Tunnel is the longest tunnel in the world at 3261 miles long. Only two miles of the tunnel is not beneath sea level.
The Atlantic Tunnel consists of five tunnels. Four of them are directional tunnels for the purpose of ATTS passenger trains, while a smaller central tunnel is for maintenance purposes. At its deepest point, the tunnel lies beneath the Mid-Atlantic Ridge at a depth of 3,202 metres. It has taken 42 years to complete the tunneling work, but a further 23 years to get the tunnel into its current state. 

The ATTS (Atlantic Tunnel Train Shuttle) is the fastest train in the world. Its fastest recorded speed is 631 mph. However, the ATTS will travel at a much slower speed of 400mph on a daily basis. The ATTS does not generate or release any emissions into the environment making it the greenest form of transport ever. There are no windows on the ATTS except for the pilot's cockpit. The ATTS's surface temperature rises by 16 degrees centigrade due to air friction when at full speed. The tunneling equipment used to excavate the tunnel was taller than three double-decker buses and it could bore through several miles of rock per day, depending on the compound.The ATTS can carry 726 passengers and over 100 vehicles. Every technology that come out normally has it own disadvantages. This is due to the human capability which is limited. They cannot control everythings by themselves. There must be some lacks in their creation. Here, same goes to this underwater train. There are two disadvantages that being pointed below:

• Lead people to the bad habit which is not wisely spend their money as they tend to fell not hesitated to have lunch far away and then come back to the office instead of having meals around their working place.


• Need very neat and complicated procedures to run those underwater trains which will be very costly.

what can i say about the comparison between now and future???
may be i can compare the underwatertrain with the aeroplane that we popular most..
its may be they are different one in water and one in the air..so its the different that people can discover and invent the transport in the water..now there are the airport that used by the aeroplane to landing..
so in the future we'll have port for this watertrain....the underwatertrain also will eliminate the weakness by the aeroplane like when the bad weather..the fight will be postpone..so by using this watertrain people will reached to their destination punctual..

Time: Today's Train wasting a lot of passengers time in the train to traveling for long distance.
         Supersonic Train, save our time. since it is fast, we only need less time to travel away. 

Money: Supersonic Train is less cost than aeroplane for travel.

the biggest issues for this technology is the construction cost will be extremely large with possible low profitability. in the early invention, it may be a bit difficult to impress passengers to use this kind of transportation due to their confidence to this train. however, the inventor has to endure the highly cost if nobody want use it.

A report showed the tunnel would not be economically feasible unless if decision makers included the effects of job creation and the project's ability to revive the construction industry. so that it can attract attention from all parties especially non-government organization(NGO). when NGO interested to know or participate in the project,it would be more easier to upgrade the technology.

one of the experts have advised caution in proceeding with the project due to worries of possible society economic and political hegemony in country. however,it is possible form the logistical advantages the tunnel project would provide.


However the railroad industry has developed various methods and technologies to mitigate the cost impact of the break-of-gauge issue by reducing the need for multiple gauge rail lines.
As well as gauge issues, there would likely be substantial non-technical barriers –including different railway regulators, border controls, and nationalistic trade policies.

In my thinking,having this such of train which is vacuum tube train will help most people who are always going travel far away.This is because it will help them less their time in the train.And also,this train provide many facilities such they can go into ang trough water or sea.Moreover,vacuum tube rain make by an expensive product in order to maintaint the quality of they services.

in my opinion, by having trains in the world causes a great deal of pollution to our planet. however, we can change this situation by inventing an underwater railway line. This would be located at the bottom of the waterbed. although it would be a lot of money used to build this train line but, the price to go on the train would be a little bit higher than normal but it would be well worth it because they would be able to see all the fish and plants underwater.
