1) An eco-village is a “human scale,” which refers to a population within which it is possible to know and be known by others and to feel a personal impact on the community. Generally the population where this can be achieved is about 100 to 500 people.
2) Sustainable Community. The more general term "sustainable community" includes eco-villages, but it also includes clusters and networks of eco-villages, and non-geographically based communities (such as businesses) that are nevertheless human-scale in their components, diverse, and harmoniously integrated into the natural world. In this sense, an eco-village is a distinct place, either as a rural village or as an urban or suburban neighborhood. A city could not be an eco-village, but a city made up of eco-villages could be a sustainable community.
3) Beside that, Eco-villages grow out of the needs and opportunities caused by:
• new ecological constraints - which grow out of high levels of population and technological capability;
• new techniques and technologies, from better understanding of ecosystems to more diverse channels of communications; from efficient technologies for renewable resource use to new forms of human organization; and
• new levels of consciousness and awareness, symbolized in part by the picture of the Earth from space, with all that means in terms of global consciousness and an awareness of the many-billion-year history of life on this one small planet in the vastness of the Universe.
4) And Eco-Village system have a lot og challenges, sme of them are:
-The built-environment challenge
-The bio-system challenge
-The economic system challenge
-The whole-system challenge
-The governance challenge
technology become more advance... think by yourself to take it challenges or live it

Barriers Facing Eco-Village
The Effect of Having Eco-Village
Having eco-village has the advantages and disadvantages. There are also a lot of bad or good effects having eco-village. And below I have made some list about the effect of having eco-village:
1) By having eco-village, we can reduce vehicle travel
2) So that, the impact of moto vehicle also can be reduced and pollution can be reduce.
3) Eco-village can be contined into indifinate future
4) But, because there will be a robot to help people doing job, people will become lazy and useless
5) they also predict that, sea will be key location. In this situation, it will effect and create a problem to environment.

Barriers of using Biopolymer Gel Fridge
First of all I want to tell all of you that this entry is so difficult to find it reference. Thank you to all of you because give me this “beautiful topic”. But I try my best to find it. Whether it is right or wrong, you analise it by yourself.
This design has raised some questions regarding how much weight the gel can hold and how the gel can affect different foods in terms of temperature and texture.
While the gel concept contributes a zero-energy appliance, it is still a ways off from becoming a realistic part of any household. On the other hand, a solar-powered refrigerator provides both zero-energy cooling and is currently saving the lives of those who are limited by a lack of available refrigeration for the storage of vaccines.
The solar-powered refrigerator was developed by Appropriate Technology Collaborative (ATC), which is a non-profit organization that works to develop technologies to improve the lives of people in developing countries.
The ATC solar-powered vaccine refrigerator was made for certain parts of the world that requires vaccines but have no source of refrigeration to keep them from spoiling. Due to this lack of refrigeration, more than half of the vaccines go bad before they are even administered, which leads to the death of millions of lives and the loss of billions of dollars.
This refrigerator requires no electricity and contains no valves or moving parts, making maintenance an easy task. The inexpensive design provides cold storage for vaccines in developing countries, depending solely on sunlight to make it freeze. According to the ATC, the ATC Solar Vaccine Refrigerator is a robust, easy to maintain technology that can be made in the country or region where it is to be used and is made out of simple materials that can be found in most cities like steel, charcoal and ethanol or methanol.
So….. what is the barriers of this refrigerator actually???

The Effect of Using Biopolymer Gel Fridge
There are a lot of effects of using Biopolymer Gel Fridge but I can’t find it. I just found that it is four times smaller than a conventional refrigerator. So that, there is limited space to store the things. People will buy more of biopolymer gel fridge. It may cause westing of money and space.
so, to all members, if u found another effect of using biopolymer gel fridge, you can edit this post... thank you ;)

The Barriers of Producing Domestik Chicken Yard
To produce high quality, modern, technology and good chicken yard, they must use a lot of money. So that, the barriers is, the producer of domestic chicken yard must work hard in order to sell this product. This is because it must cost a lot of money to build it and the price of finish good must expensive rather than traditional one. The space also limited for chicken and farmer should buy more domestic chicken yard. But compare to traditional one, cheaper tnah this product. And the space is much larger.
The barriers is, domestic chicken yard will compete to traditonal one.
Am I right??

The Effect of Domestic Chicken Yard
Once again, this post is so difficult to find it refferences. Thanks to all members…
Actually, for your information, this is the alternative solution for farming with advanced facilities for the chickens. The main concept of this design is to limit any kind of environmental impact and the designer has tried to bring a new lifestyle for hens. Even more he designer has made the feeding hens is very modern and stylish with safety and healthy. Know about Kitchen cum Garden.
This design of domestic chicken yard tries to bring new lifestyle for hens. Is it possible to bring any changes for chicken? What are the meanings? I think it is impossible because it will affect the lifecircle of animals.
Or maybe it is possible. It is very modern and stylish with safety and healthy. So, it will produce the hight quality of chicken and also bring good effect to human when eat them.
If my group members have another point, please edit this post. Thank you. ;)

Barriers Facing Flying Cars
There are a lot of barriers of having flying cars. And below, I have listed some of them:
-Most flying cars never get off the page, let alone the ground. The few that do are bedeviled by lack of funding, impracticality, limited appeal or fears they may simply break apart in flight as some have.
- Fully automated navigation systems: The average person has a difficult time navigating on a two dimensional surface. The flying car industry will not be able to get off the ground without an onboard navigator that handles the driving. Of course people will want the freedom of being able to do some creative maneuvering in certain situations, but that will only be allowed in rare instances.
- Low-impact vertical take-off: When used by average person, flying cars cannot have a runway requirement. They need to take off and land vertically without blowing the leaves off of trees or shutters off windows.
- Convenient fly-drive capability: As humanity makes the transition from ground-based autos to flying cars there will be a need for both driving on the ground and flying in the air.
- Silent engines: Because there are no significant acoustical barriers in the air, the engines on flying cars will need to be virtually silent. Very few cities will want to put up with the noise of thousands of flying vehicles if they all sound like airplanes today.
-and lastly, Specialized safety systems: To date both aircraft and airspace have been closely controlled by organizations like the FAA and the NTSB to insure the safety of the flying public. Because of the sheer volume of vehicles being navigated by average drivers, additional safety measures will need to be in place. Required safety featured will include such things as collision avoidance systems and drop-out-of-the-sky emergency airbags on the outside of the vehicles.
There are a lot of requrement that we should take care when having this kind of cars. They are too costly. What will happen for poor people in the future? Nowadays, they afford to buy a car, but in the future I don’t think so.

The Effect of Flying Cars
When the Internet began to scale in the early 1990’s, it did far more than transform communications. The viral nature of the World Wide Web began creating borderless economies, causing individual countries to lose control of commerce.
Once the volume of flying cars reaches a significant number, somewhere in the range of 500,000 to 1 million, countries will begin to lose control of their citizens.
Borders will become meaningless to people with flying cars. It will be possible for countries to develop electronic borders, but that will only create a black market for cloaking devices and invisibility shields.
Flying cars will do far more than transform transportation; they will transform government, taxation, conflict, commerce, culture, patriotism, and much more.
Flying cars will unleash our bodies in much the same way the Internet has unleashed our minds.
So, not all new technologies will be good.

Their Barriers…
Let me show you the barriers that we will take if they build 4000 mph underwater train;
These artificial structures can create barriers or obstacles to wildlife that live underneath and above these waters. For instance, fish may be hindered or prevented from moving either upstream or downstream.
-Fishermen were worried that the government was ignoring their livelihood by neglecting the impact on the lobster industry
-environmentalist also worried about the problem that might occur towards ecosystem when government build this underwater train.
-It would be fantastically costly. The government should provide a lot of money in order to build this transportation.

Under Water Train's effect!
Listed about the good and also the bad effect of building 4ooo mph under water train;
-The effect the bridge would have on the local ecosystem and, especially, about the increased pollution of the surrounding environment.
-There will be aan nnual increases in tourism
-when there is an increasing in tourism, economy also will become better
-Unexpected positive results can occur: With continuing loss of habitat for such wildlife, the causeway provides an important resting and feeding place for the purple martins as they migrate through the area.
